I am currently a student studying at New York University School of Engineering. My major is Integrated Digital Media, and I absolutely love it. This major allows me to expand my horizons and gives me the opportunity to show my skills through hands on projects.
My passion is User Experience Design. I love to create clean user-friendly and simple to use experiences. Design is definitely not the "icing on the cake" as most people would think. It is all about ideation and the process. This website is to showcase some projects I have worked on.
For this exciting client project, we worked with The Gotham Space Agency and created the entire online User Experience for their pre-launch site. My team and I worked closely with our client to bring their story and vision to life through the teams design and wireframes. This six week collaboration included brainstorming, competitive analysis, intensive reasearch, creating user personas, HI-FI interactive wire framing, usability testing, data analysis, design iterations, etc. As well as a final presentation for our clients for feedback and next steps for the launch.
For this class project, I was given brief to add a printing feature to the current instagram app. This was to "help Instagram to help diversify its revenue stream by allowing users to customize and purchase physical versions of their photos." I designed the flow that a user would take to print and customize their photo, the checkout flow, and overall user experience of the new feature to make it seamless and simple. The final product was to create a HI-FI interactive prototype using Axure.
As an intern at DIRECTV/AT&T my role was to provid recommendations and insights based off intensive research for improving and enhancing the DTVE mobile experience for current customers. My research was based off of evaluating key features of top industry leaders in the mobile space such as: bill payment, shopping cart, checkout flows, account settings, etc. I also analyzed and annotated user-testing videos and gathered data to pass to the UI/UX team for design iterations, and ran a series of competitive analysis on DTV’s current competitors in the mobile industry. My final presentation was presented to the CMO and his team.

The digital entertainment is always high at stake and the competition never stops. I got to see that first hand working with the number one TV provider in the US, DIRECTV. I spent three months working with the Digital Marketing and User Experience on a competitive analysis research. Did you know how websites are designed and the user experience and interaction between a customer makes a huge effect on which provider the will use? Or how certain web pages stratedically place certain things or designs to wheel a customer in? Take a look at my report and see all the findings I've come across and recommended solutions I came up with.
